We provide written estimates prior to beginning work. Final costs may vary depending on site conditions or added requests. Payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to fees.

3. Scheduling & Access

We strive to honor scheduled appointments. Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the worksite. Missed or canceled appointments without 24-hour notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

4. Warranty

We stand behind our work. Electrical labor is warrantied for 1 year from the date of service unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed materials and equipment. Warranty may be voided by unauthorized modifications or misuse.

5. Liability

RR’s Lighting is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing electrical issues, hidden defects, or unsafe site conditions. We are fully licensed and insured to protect both our workers and your property.
